Noller contends he is a third-party beneficiary

(Beard). The district court granted GMC summary judgment. The
Court of Appeals reversed and remanded the case for trial on two
of three Noller claims. Noller v. General Motors Corp.,
13 Kan. App. 2d 13, 760 P.2d 688 (1988). We granted review and affirm the
district court.
